About Our Team

Winston is a husband, father and financial guide to the best clientele. His wife and family are the two aspects of life that matter most. Winston got into the business by way of his dad, a financial advisor who began his career in 1973 and is still going strong.

Winston’s practice focuses on comprehensive financial planning, with an emphasis on what he calls the four pillars of a client’s financial picture. 

The four pillars are:

• Tax Planning - Minimizing taxes wherever possible
• Investment Planning - Aligning your investments to you and your risk awareness
• Estate planning - Directing your assets to whom you desire
• Retirement planning - Analyzing how long your money will last based off your unique needs

Using a lens beyond money alone all new clients take a brief, in-depth personality test for Winston and team to communicate best and know a client at their core.

Licenses held are Series 66, Series 7, Life and Health for the state of Arizona and California. Securities licenses currently held in CA, AZ, CO and VA. Winston also holds two designations from the American College of Finance - the Chartered Financial Consulting (ChFC) as well as the Chartered Life Underwriting (CLU).

Sabrina is a California native turned proud Arizona resident, bringing energy, balance, and a genuine love for people into her role as Executive Operations Partner. After moving to Arizona in 2023, she completed her degree at Grand Canyon University, earning a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a minor in Communication in three years. She describes her time at GCU as some of her most formative and fun.

Family remains her anchor back in California but work and new relationships have made Arizona home. Outside of work, Sabrina is rarely still. A lifelong athlete, she grew up playing softball and volleyball, and today you’ll find her hiking Arizona’s trails, learning to ski, traveling whenever she can, or picking up her guitar on her free time. She embraces being a “jack of all trades,” seeing it as a way to stay curious and experience everything life has to offer.

In the practice, Sabrina focuses on operational excellence, marketing, and client experience. Her goal is simple: to love people well and create a warm, seamless, and memorable experience for every client she interacts with. She’s committed to growing alongside Winston, and learning every part of the business so she can support clients with the same care and intention that defines the practice.
